• Learn the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model and how to create healthy and helpful inner dialogue.
• Learn to integrate the IFS model with integrated yogic practices - kriya, pranayama, mantra, asana, meditation and Bhakti (devotion)
• A mixture of shared and private accommodation
• Opening and closing ceremony
